HIGH SCHOOL
- 92nd Street Y Havaya International is a 4 week long life-changing opportunity to travel like a local in both Israel and around the United States, while making a positive difference in our global community!
- 92nd Street Y HAVAYA International
- Join Jewish high schoolers from across the country on a week-long domestic community service program over winter break. Service projects will take place in downtown Los Angeles, CA and focus on the concepts of 1) Urban Revitalization and 2) Environmental Awareness and Restoration. Participants should expect to earn a minimum of 25 community service hours upon completion of the program
- Alternative Winter Break - Young Judaea
Have a truly different summer building to benefit a disadvantaged community in the United States, possibly the Katrina Affected areas of the Gulf Coast, spending six weeks of the summer with other Jewish teens.

Make a real difference in low–income communities in Washington DC, doing anti-hunger projects, shelter repair, and environmental work, as well as service learning, and advocacy.
- Camp Yad B'Yad — Washington DC Jewish Community Center
JCI is a course on public policy and Jewish values, followed by a four-day seminar in Washington D.C. which is designed to educate, energize, and inspire students to apply the knowledge they have gained from their Jewish civics course to the real world.

- Participants will experience kibbutz-style cooperative living while learning about Jewish Social Philosophy, Jewish Environmental Ethics, Conflict-Resolution, and working on an organic farm.
- Martin Buber Summer Youth Institute for Teens
- Mitzvah Corps has six exciting summer programs to offer high school students. All provide direct hands-on involvement in communities that desperately need energy, dedication, and love. Volunteer sites include food banks, homeless shelters, and senior citizen homes.

- JCUA's Or Tzedek Teen Summer Institute offers a unique summer program for Jewish high-school students looking to address urban issues such as poverty, housing and health care through hands-on service and high level learning. Participants spend seven days learning, living and working on social justice issues in conjunction with JCUA’s staff and community-based agencies.

- Live and work in an entirely new culture this summer! Make a difference as you live in rustic accommodations on a Native-American reservation in the Navajo, Hopi or Zuni Nation and work with the local community to promote positive change.
- PanimWorks: An Activist's Adventure
Spend a week during the summer building an access ramp for a low income person with disabilities in the Washington, D.C. area. Participants are eligible to receive 32 hours of community service credit.
- Ramp it Up – Yachad
Spend 6 days doing community service projects at a variety of locations in the D.C. area, such as homeless shelters, animal rescue centers, park revitalization projects, etc. as well as learning about service in a Jewish context.
- Service Learning Camp – The Jewish Youth Philanthropy Institute (JYPI)
Experience a four-week leadership training for teens who are passionate about politics, community service, and Judaism. This program is located on the campus of The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

AJC Goldman Fellows Program is a paid nine-week fellowship. Fellows learn about strategy, advocacy, and program development related to various fields such as international policy, inter-ethnic relations and non-profit management.

- Join KESHER, the college department of the Union for Reform Judaism, as we continue Judaism’s commitment to tikkun olam. During this six day trip, through hands-on service and interaction with the Jewish and secular community of New Orleans, you will be able to make a difference and continue the much-needed work of repairing the south.
- KESHER’s Alternative Spring Break in New Orleans
Spend a summer in Washington, D.C. at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism in a work/study internship program for undergraduate students interested in Judaism and social justice. Participants receive 6 academic credits from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.

- Hillel, in partnership with the Jewish Farm School, will provide a total of 60 college students the opportunity to participate in a weeklong farm-immersion experience. During the two programs, students will be volunteering on sustainable farms located on the East and West coasts.

Build community and study in Boston with people from all over the world in a year of service. The fellowship includes paid or volunteer work in social justice, primarily in low-income community organizations, regular learning about organizing for justice, Judaism, and community building.
